      Which is a unpopular but amazing tourist area in Kerala. It's located on  cheruthoni - kattappana (#1)  road on idukki district.you can take a bus from cheruthoni to narakakkanam with a minimum charge of 7.00 Indian rupee .The journey trough this long tunnel is so adventurous and so thrilling.It's a straight tunnel with 1500 mtr length.This tunnel is commonly used for the purpose of lead water to the dam.The tunnel contain a water level of 1 feet height.If the journey as a team ,it should be thrilling.This tunnel contain a small pieces of rocks number of bats , small snakes  etc..

         The main  specialty of this tunnel is that which is a straight tunnel under a single rock.You can see one end of the tunnel from another end as a white dot. One end of the tunnel form a water fall , which the end where water reaches the dam.And an important feature of this part is that ,which inside a forest.so you may have a chance to see the wild animals  like elephant, mlavu (#2), etc..
